its winter.
so wat must i do to survive russia's bitter winter?
FATTEN UP YA'LL!!!!
welcome to the culinary side of the malaysian students of Moscow Medical Academy!
i can still remember the 1st food i had when i 1st touched down in moscow. Bryan and Gabriel took me, Jit Tong and Chia Zhen to eat schauma ( a wrap wit cabbage, mayo, tomatoes, cucumber and kebab-style chicken ).
Here's how a schauma looks like ( i bought this one near my classes. It costs an average of 70 roubles which is bout RM10 )
Each time i eat the schauma i'll identify the ingredients n watch the fella making it make it. LOL..
so i tried making my own schauma. a tedious process.. but satisfying results!
To make a schauma.. u'll need..
Chicken
Cabbage
Grated cheese
Schauma skin
THE PROCESS:
Cut the cabbage
Chop the chicken
Fry the chicken
And fry somemore..
And somemore..
Wash the utensils
Toast the schauma!
After that.. we'll get..
AND some of the other stuff I cooked here in moscow.
1st grocery shopping!
Instant noodles is a NECESSITY!!!
Ham and pork sausage croissant
Tuna bread
Sausage scrambled eggs
Mee goreng wit chinese mushrooms
Cheese and ham scrambled eggs
Chicken soup wit hongkong cabbage
Soya and oyster sauce chicken
Moscow's very own instant mash potato
OK.. gotta go study anatomy now.

must get a 5!
